Paul Buchheit is an American computer programmer and entrepreneur with an estimated net worth of $600 million. He’s best known as the originator and lead developer of Gmail. Paul T. Buchheit grew up in Webster, New York. After graduation, he joined Intel and later became the 23rd employee at Google. He founded the startup FriendFeed and was launched in 2007. It had been acquired by Facebook in an exclusive transaction in 2009.
